Structural change and the economic challenges of the future
The
2007 edition of confronTI is devoted to structural changes and their
future impact on Ticino’s economic growth and development. The event
represents a great opportunity to observe how different economic
sectors have evolved in recent years; and also to highlight the
challenges generated by the evolution.
Previous editions of confronTI have addressed issues such as the
engines of growth, innovation, employment and the labour market,
economic policies and growth. The same issues will be highly
relevant to this year’s debate, where we will also be tackling the
significant role of women in the economic world.
